The Star Wars Marathon is finally here! Two weeks ago, on May 21, was the thirtieth anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back. It seems like only yesterday that we did this for the thirtieth anniversary of A New Hope's release but, frankly, we shouldn't go three years between watching these movies.

With that said, this Saturday, June 5 has been designated as Day I of the Star Wars Marathon, focusing on the three original films. We will be watching the original theatrical cuts because I don't believe in that Special Edition nonsense. Start time is at 3:00 PM

Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (1981)
Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (1983)


DAY II : Saturday, June 12 - The Prequels
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999)
Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002)
Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005)
