Day four came speeding 'round the bend
Adrenaline rushed; there is nothing like
With a flash Josh took his helmet and coat
And hit the road, just him and his bike

That helmet is older than I am and I've had it since forever. It's been through a lot, and knowing what I can get myself into with it, is a testament to its durability.
