Medium: Pencil on notebook paper. This was a concept sketch for Jimmy Joe and the BOX: The Motion Picture, an overly elaborate project which I was working on at the time. This was drawn to illustrate how I envisioned the hapless Jimmy Joe being thrown across the dimensions (or dimentions, whatever) after being dragged into the BOX portal. Of course, I did this without thinking about budget and my practical visual effects techniques. In reality, this would have been way beyond my abilities, but sometimes it's good to start big and scale down until you get something that works. In the end I never made the movie. |
