Comics like this one tend to be late because of the problems with their nature. Here we have two characters at a stand-off, having a conversation. Not really that action packed to begin with. The size difference between Ian and Khrushchev doesn't help matters, since their faces can't be in the same frame without either Khrushchev bending down or Ian being thrown upwards, as shown in the last panel. Needless to say these chatty comics aren't the funnest ones to draw.
