The Logo Update

The quirky logo for the Gopher Gathering debuted on February 5, 2001, the day after the site opened.

On November 1 of that year the logo received a minor facelift when its brightness and contrast were tweaked a bit and the image cleaned up, producing a more vibrant version.

That version lasted until a completely new graphic was launched on May 5, 2009.
