Date: Circa early 1998.
Medium: Pen & ink and colored pencil on paper. A funky stench fills a dark room. Sweat seems to drip from the walls. It's disgusting! Cables snake from the ceiling, lowering with them the upper torso of the Borg King himself: Bob. It lowers into a mechanical body, clamps fastening it down with a grunt. He walks over to you and burps in your face. As you feel the onset of unconsciousness you realize that resistance is, indeed, futile. Borg King Bob was inspired by the enigmatic Borg Queen from Star Trek: First Contact. So ... yeah. Most people probably figured that out already. |
